We implement a carefully timed fermentation process, followed by washing and sun drying in our drying chamber. Afterward, we mill and roast with the utmost care in small batches of 15 kilograms. Roasting Process
Once our coffee beans have been cultivated and the fermentation process is complete, we move on to the second crucial aspect: milling and roasting. For each of our coffees, we’ve meticulously crafted a roasting curve. This curve allows us to highlight their finest aromas, maximizing the development of sugars from within each coffee bean. ☕.
Fermentation Process
The fermentation process is the most crucial aspect of our coffee production. During this process, we carefully manage various variables to achieve desired flavor profiles. By doing so, we can consistently replicate the same preferred coffee profile over time. ☕🌱
