In honor of my father Orlando Beltrán and my mother Deyanira Ortiz, who were an example to me as a son, as well as to many people in this beautiful region, they dedicated their lives to the peasants and social causes. Today we understand that our achievements are due to the people. Therefore, we have taken on a series of responsibilities and commitments to all our workers and the rest of the population, creating jobs, well-being, health, education, and recreation.
